Shipping & Returns
All orders will be processed within two (2) business days, with the exception of weekends and holidays.
All shipping costs displayed at checkout on Sinoveda.shop are considered accurate. Any aditional costs (customs, taxes, tariffs, etc.) will be the responsibility of the customer to pay. Any issues regarding shipping costs are to be emailed to email@example.com, in which they will be addressed within two (2) business days.
Be advised, shipping over holidays may be delayed.
All updates related to shipping will be sent through email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sinoveda will not be responsible for any delays related to customs, border control, or the courier.
Sinoveda ships internationally.
Sinoveda will send the tracking number and courier company responsible for the delivery of the order the day of the shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
Contact email@example.com with the date the problem was found (within term of commercial invoice) and identify the problem and provide details. A decision will be met within 2-5 business days.
If Sinoveda agrees to accept the return, a discussion will be held with the customer to decide if Sinoveda will issue a refund or send a new product.
If Sinoveda agrees to accept the return, a discussion will be held for who will pay the shipping costs.
Sinoveda will not accept any open, contaminated, or used product.
Any product or material being returned to Sinoveda should be in accordance with Sinvoeda's packaging protocol.
