  • Please note that shipments during holidays may experience delays.
  • All updates regarding your shipment will be sent via email to info@sinoveda.com.
  • Sinoveda is not responsible for delays caused by customs, border control, or the courier.
  • Once your order is shipped, we will provide the tracking number and the courier company responsible for delivery on the day of shipment.​​​

Order Is Complete
At Sinoveda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please note the following:
  • Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

To Request a Return:

  • Email us at info@sinoveda.com within the 30-day period. Please include the date the issue was discovered, a clear description of the problem, and any relevant details.

  • We will review your request and provide a decision within 2–5 business days.

Return Approval:

  • If your return is approved, we will discuss with you whether a refund or a replacement product is appropriate. In the case of an approved return, we will confirm who is responsible for shipping costs.

  • We cannot accept returns of items that are opened, contaminated, or used. All returned products must comply with Sinoveda's packaging guidelines to ensure safe and proper handling.
